REIGNITE BY GIBSON PROMOTIONS · SYDNEY, SINCE 2006
Every enquiry answered. Every quiet customer asked. Your team gets them primed.
Reignite works two feeds. The enquiries arriving now from your website and by text, answered and handed to your team knowing what the job is. And the customers who went quiet, asked properly. Gibson runs both with you. Your team closes.
Reignite is Gibson Promotions' enquiry and reactivation service for Australian businesses, working two feeds: the enquiries arriving now from a website or a text, and the customers who went quiet. Gibson answers them in a voice defined with you, asks the questions your team would ask, and hands over a primed conversation. The audit of your list is free, the first 20 days are free on your first 200 contacts with no card on file, and nothing rolls over unless you choose it. In Gibson's own test on its own dormant list, 35 of 130 old customers booked again.

The point: an enquiry nobody answers and a customer nobody asks again cost the same thing, which is the job. Reignite covers both, with you, instead of leaving either to whoever has a spare afternoon.
01 · THE TWO FEEDS
The enquiry nobody answered, and the customer nobody asked again.
Both cost you the same thing, which is the job. Reignite covers both from the one account, in the one voice, on the one report. Most owners start with whichever is bleeding faster.
Feed one: the enquiries arriving now
Someone fills in your form or texts you at 7pm. Today that sits until somebody has a spare moment, and by then they have called the next business.
- We answer, in your voice, not with a canned auto-reply
- We ask what your team would ask: what the job is, where, when, anything that changes the quote
- Your team gets a primed conversation, not a name on a form
- If it wants a booking, it lands in your calendar
Feed two: the ones that went quiet
The quote from eighteen months ago that never came back. The customer you have honestly forgotten. They already know you, which makes them the cheapest work you will ever win.
- We audit the list first, free, and take out anyone who should not be contacted
- We ask properly, in small staged drops, never a blast
- Every reply is qualified before it reaches you
- This is the feed Gibson tested on its own 130 old contacts
02 · WHAT WE DO, WHAT YOU DO
We set it up and run it with you.
Most platforms in this category sell software and leave the owner to run it. Reignite is a service. Here is the split, plainly.
Gibson does
- Answer the enquiries arriving from your website and by text, in your voice
- Ask the questions your team would ask, so the enquiry arrives primed instead of as a bare name
- Audit your customer list and take out anyone who should not be contacted
- Define your voice with you in one sitting, then test sample messages until they read like you
- Send by email and SMS, channel chosen per contact, in small staged drops
- Qualify every reply and hand you the ones that want to talk
- Book the outcome into your calendar, CRM or phone
- Report what happened, every cycle
You do
- Point your website form or enquiry number at us, or send us your list
- Sit with us once for the voice session and the sample review
- Pick up the primed conversations and do the close
- Tell us when someone should be left alone
03 · HOW IT WORKS
What happens, in what order, and who does it.
Four steps. The first two cost you nothing. The third is at our cost. The fourth is your decision.
- 01Gibson
The audit
We go through your list before we contact anyone
Free, usually back within 48 to 72 hours of a clean list, and yours to keep. It tells you who is worth waking and who is not. We take ten audits a month; if this month is full we tell you the date you are booked for.
- 02You and Gibson
Your voice
One sitting, then sample messages until they sound like you
Nothing goes to your customers until the samples read the way you would write them. Each contact is graded on their past context with you, so the pace and the wording are not one-size-fits-all.
- 03Gibson
The first 20 days
The full service on your first 200 contacts, at our cost
Email and SMS, channel chosen per contact, sent in small drops so replies and opt-outs are watched, not discovered later. New enquiries answered and primed as they arrive. Replies qualified. Bookings landing in your calendar. No card on file.
- 04You
Your call
We sit down with the results and decide together
If it made you money, continuing is an easy conversation and the monthly fee is discussed then. Nothing rolls over unless you choose it. Stop anytime with a call or an email.
04 · WHAT REIGNITE IS NOT
Two jobs, done properly. Not a suite.
Saying what a service does not do is the fastest way to know whether it fits. If you need the things on the left, a platform is the closer fit and our compare pages say so.
Not a phone system
Reignite is email and SMS. It never routes your calls or ports your number. Your line stays exactly where it is. If the problem is calls going unanswered, that is Gibson's Demand Recovery service, which is a separate purchase and already running for clients.
Not an inbox to run
You do not log in to a platform and work a queue. Gibson does the sending, the replies and the qualifying, and hands you the bookings.
Not a seller
Reignite warms people up, asks the useful questions and books them into the outcome you asked for. Your team does the conversation, the trust and the close. Primed, not closed.
Not a blast
Your own customers only, a real reason for every message, small drops instead of a bulk send, opt-out on every message and honoured immediately.
Not a rebadged platform
Gibson is not reselling anyone else's platform. Reignite is software Gibson wrote and runs, so you are not a sub-account inside an agency's tenancy, and nobody between you and Gibson sets the price or can switch it off.

The method and the checks are on the service page.
Reignite is the product. The governed method behind it, the data checks, the reply ownership rules and the pilot in full detail are on the Demand Reactivation service page. The legal rules are in SMS marketing laws in Australia.

07 · HOW WE STACK UP
What everything in this market costs, ours included.
Rather than tell you we are better, here is the whole category laid out: fourteen platforms an Australian business can buy to follow up its customers, with the price and the contract term each one actually publishes, every row linked to the vendor's own page and dated. Reignite is in the list, marked as ours, on the same terms as everyone else.
07 · THE QUESTIONS
What owners ask before the audit.
What is Reignite?
Reignite is Gibson Promotions' done-for-you enquiry and reactivation service, and it works two feeds. The first is the enquiries arriving now from your website or by text: Gibson answers them in a voice defined and tested with you, asks the questions your team would ask, and hands over a primed conversation. The second is the customers and quotes that went quiet: Gibson audits the list first, free, then contacts the suitable people by email and SMS. Bookings land in your calendar, CRM or phone. Your team closes.
What does "primed" mean?
It means the person your team calls back already knows who you are and what happens next, and you already know what they want. Instead of a name and a number on a form, you get the job they are asking about, the timing, and anything they told us that changes the quote. The team spends its time on the conversation, not on working out what the enquiry was.
Can Reignite handle enquiries from my website and texts, not just old customers?
Yes, that is the first feed. Your website form or enquiry number points at us, we answer, ask the useful questions and hand the primed conversation to your team. The dormant-list work is the second feed and runs on the same account. Most owners start with one and add the other.
What does Reignite cost?
The audit of your list is free. The first 20 days are free on your first 200 contacts, with no card on file. After that we sit down with the results and decide together; the monthly fee is discussed with you then, not published on this page. Nothing rolls over unless you choose it.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel anytime with a call or an email. You keep every booking and every dollar. Your data stays yours: keep it, or we purge it completely.
Who owns the data, and where is it?
You do, always. It is stored on Australian servers (AWS, Sydney). When we are done you choose: keep going, or we wipe it completely.
Does the AI do the selling?
No, and be wary of anyone who says theirs does. Software helps draft and pace the messages. We warm the right people up and book them into the outcome you asked for. Your team does what only humans can: the conversation, the trust, the close.
How do you make sure it sounds like us?
One sitting with you to get your voice, then sample messages until they read like you wrote them. Once live, we watch how people respond and adjust, so it gets sharper, not staler.
Will this annoy my customers?
Not if it is done the way we do it. Your own customers only, a real reason for every message, small drops instead of a blast, opt-out on every message and honoured instantly. One wrong text or email is a Google review. We know that.
What result can Gibson show?
On the dormant-list feed: Gibson ran Reignite on 130 of its own contacts who had not been spoken to in more than a year. Thirty-five booked again, 27 in every 100, and the 35 jobs came to $9,415 because Gibson's own services are small-ticket. Engagement in the sectors tested ran between 20 and 41 per cent. It is a small, relationship-aware sample and not a forecast or a guarantee for another list. On the new-enquiry feed, Gibson runs it on its own incoming enquiries every day and will show you that working on the call rather than quote a number it cannot stand behind.
How does Reignite compare with the platforms in this market?
Most of them are software your staff or your agency operate. Reignite is a service Gibson runs with you, covering the two jobs owners buy that software for: answering the new enquiry and following up the ones that went quiet. It never touches your phone line, there is no agreement to start and nothing rolls over. The market survey lists what every vendor in the category publishes about price and terms, ours included, each row sourced and dated.
Are you reselling one of those platforms with your own name on it?
No. Many Australian agencies selling lead follow-up are reselling one of these platforms: they pay the platform, add a margin, and build your system inside their own account on it. Reignite is software Gibson wrote and runs. You are not a sub-account in someone else's tenancy, nobody in the middle sets the price, and there is no third party who can switch your service off. Gibson does pay for the plumbing underneath, like a messaging carrier, a customer record system and Australian hosting, the same as any business does.
Is contacting old customers legal in Australia?
Commercial messaging in Australia engages the Spam Act 2003 and ACMA requirements, as well as privacy obligations. Reignite works from your own customer relationships, identifies the sender and carries an opt-out on every message. This page is not legal advice; the SMS marketing laws guide covers the rules.
08 · THE NEXT STEP
Start with the audit. It is free and it is yours to keep.
Send the totals and the history first, not the personal records: how many contacts, where they came from, how old they are and how they know you. We tell you who is worth waking and why, usually within 48 to 72 hours of a clean list. If the enquiries arriving now are the more urgent problem, say so on the call and we start there instead.
