PROMOTE · FLYER PRINTING AND LETTERBOX DROP SYDNEY
Flyers printed and delivered to Sydney letterboxes, from $105 per 1,000.
Gibson prints flyers, brochures, postcards, business cards and magnets from an agreed specification and approved artwork, and drops them with a report on every run.
Print-and-drop is one job, one quote, one report. Printing on its own, heavier stock and folded pieces are quoted. You know the quantity, size, stock, finish, proof and delivery plan before production begins.

What you gain: a print job with the important physical decisions agreed before money is committed to production.
01 · HOW PRINTING WORKS
How does commercial printing move from quote to delivery?
Gibson confirms the finished item, checks the artwork, records proof approval, manages production and delivers the completed quantity to the agreed destination.
- 01Purpose
Name the item and how it will be used
Define the finished item, intended use, quantity context, destination and any downstream handoff. A flyer for a letterbox campaign has different handling requirements from a brochure for a sales meeting.
- 02Preflight
Check artwork against the production requirement
Gibson reviews the supplied file against the agreed size, bleed, colour setup, image quality, fonts and finishing constraints. Design correction is separate work when the file is not ready for production.
- 03Specify
Record the physical production specification
The quote or job record confirms quantity, finished size, stock, sides, colour, fold or finish, proof type, packaging and delivery destination. Alternatives remain alternatives until one is accepted.
- 04Approve
Approve the proof and responsibility boundary
The nominated approver checks content, contact details, layout and the stated specification. Production starts only after the required artwork and proof approval is recorded.
- 05Handoff
Produce and hand over the labelled job
The completed print run follows the accepted production scope. Delivery, collection or a separately scoped Letterbox handoff is confirmed with the job rather than assumed from the print order.
02 · CHECK THE PRINT DETAILS
Make the physical decisions visible before production.
This planning example is not a quote or customer job. It shows the details that turn a vague request into a file the production team can check and deliver correctly.
Final size and sides recorded.
Selected for handling, use and budget.
Checked against the printer's requirements.
Named approver, final details and delivery destination recorded.
Print details
The agreed physical item is described in writing.
Artwork check
The supplied file is checked for important production issues.
Delivery
The completed job or next service has a named destination.
03 · WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Four clear records around the physical print run.
The accepted quote states what applies, who supplies the artwork, who approves the proof and where the completed job goes.
Written specification
Item, quantity, finished size, stock, sides, colour, fold or finish and packaging requirements.
Artwork check
A practical check against the printer's requirements, with important file problems raised before approval.
Approval record
The proof, specification and nominated customer approver recorded before production begins.
Delivery handoff
The agreed delivery, collection or downstream service destination and the responsibility boundary at handover.
HOW THE JOB STAYS CLEAR
4Specification, artwork check, approval and delivery
Each stage shows what has been agreed and who is responsible before production moves forward.
This explains the production method, not a promised campaign result.CUSTOMER SAMPLES

We confirm your exact price in a written quote within two business days, and that quote is the price you pay.
Every drop comes with a report: supervisor photos across St George, the Inner West and the Eastern Suburbs, a GPS walk report across the North Shore, Ku-ring-gai, Hornsby and the Hills, confirmed house and unit counts in the Sutherland Shire.

06 · QUESTIONS BEFORE PRINTING
Commercial printing questions, answered directly.
These answers explain what Gibson needs before printing starts and which surrounding services are separate.
What can Gibson print?+
Gibson can scope printing services Sydney businesses need for common campaign and business items, including flyers, folded brochures, postcard printing, business card printing and other agreed collateral. The accepted quote confirms the exact product, specification, quantity and destination.
Is there a minimum print quantity?+
No hard minimum. Print-and-drop runs under 5,000 pieces are quoted with delivery from $100 per 1,000; short digital runs of business cards and postcards are quoted on the item. Gibson confirms the accepted quantity in the written quote.
How is commercial printing priced?+
Print-and-drop starts from the pricing guide on this page: a DL to A5 flyer up to 150 gsm printed and letterbox-delivered from $105 per 1,000 at 30,000 and up, from $125 at 10,000 to 30,000. Printing on its own is quoted on quantity, size, stock, sides, colour and finishing. The written quote, within two business days, identifies what is included and separates optional services.
How long does printing take?+
Timing depends on approved artwork, the accepted specification, stock and finishing availability, quantity, production capacity and delivery requirements. Gibson confirms the target production and handoff timing after reviewing the actual brief.
Can you print from my existing artwork?+
Yes, when the file passes preflight for the agreed production specification. Gibson checks material production requirements such as dimensions, bleed, colour setup, images and fonts. Artwork correction or redesign is quoted separately when required.
What does print-ready artwork mean?+
Print-ready artwork is a final file prepared for the selected production specification, including the required dimensions, bleed, colour setup, image quality and font treatment. The receiving production requirement governs the final check; a file is not assumed ready because it is a PDF.
Will I receive a proof before printing?+
The proof method and approval responsibility are confirmed in the scope. The nominated approver must check content, contact details, layout and the stated production specification before the required approval is recorded.
Which paper stocks and finishes are available?+
Available stock, weight, coating, fold, lamination and other finishes depend on the product, quantity, intended use and current production options. Gibson recommends and quotes the suitable alternatives after reviewing the brief rather than promising every option on the page.
Do you offer flyer printing Sydney businesses can combine with delivery?+
Yes, that is the most common job: the flyer is printed and dropped as one order, from $105 per 1,000 at volume, with a report on every run. The print specification and proof approval stay distinct from the distribution plan, and both appear on the one written quote.
Can Gibson handle brochure printing and design?+
Yes. Brochure printing and Flyer and Brochure Design can be scoped through one brief, with separate responsibility for content, artwork approval and physical production. The quote states which service supplies each deliverable.
Is Call Tracking included with printing?+
No. Printing does not create call data. A tracked campaign number can be considered only when Gibson Call Tracking or another agreed tracking service is separately included, configured and approved before the artwork goes to production.
Can I inspect a print example before enquiring?+
Yes. This page shows the specification Gibson confirms before production and includes verified reviews that specifically mention printing work. Customer print photographs will be published only with permission and the production facts needed to describe the job accurately.
